SOP for Pipeline Moves When In The Field

On the mobile app, add a tag that matches the stage of the pipeline.

  • Tag is Follow Up (Potential Client) - This is for new jobs even if they have been a previous client

  • Tag is Follow up (Current Client) - This is used for when you have already started a job with a client but need more information for them

  • Tag is On The Way - This will send a text message to the client letting them know you are on the way

  • Tag is Job Started - This will move them in the pipeline to Job Started

  • Tag is Follow Up Completed - This will stop any internal notifications to remind us to follow. This works for both Potential and Current clients.
